Payment:

Payment may be made in cash, by check, E Gift Certificates or by credit card.  MaterCard, Visa and American Express are Welcome.  A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks

Arrival:

We ask that you arrive between 10 and 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to change, sit down and relax prior to your first service.  In the event you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment and could be subject to a cancellation fee.

Service Duration:

Each service time includes a short time allotment for room or station preparation and clean-up of between five and ten minutes.

Amentities

Robes, slippers and lockers are provided to our spa guests along with beverages in our Spa Retreat.  Reservations are highly recommended but not mandatory.  We will require a major credit card to hold your reservation in both the salon and day spa.  Gratuities are not included in the service prices and are at the discretion of each guest.  Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary between stylists.
Cancellation Policy:

As an appointment is a reservation of a technician's time, we ask that any changes or cancellations are done 24 hours in advance of the services, allowing us the ability to schedule another guest.  A charge equal to the price of the service scheduled could be incurred for no-show guests or those not canceling at least 24 hours prior.
